Refund policy
Worthy Brand Calligraphy services will offer returns based on the New York City Consumer Law.
If your product is deemed faulty by way of manufacturer fault or incorrect details to what was supplied to the studio (is a spelling or color error) you are entitled to request a repair, replacement or refund with in 30 days.
Before granting a refund it will need to be determined and approved by the studio that there is an error or fault in your product. Please email Help@WorthyWilliams.com
Change of mind refund/return.
Due to the custom made nature of the products produced by, no refunds or cancellations will be issued based on the change of mind or incorrect order. Once an order is paid for you cannot request a refund, change in order or cancellation.
Worthy Brand takes no responsibility for lost or stolen items once they have left the studio. Tracking will be supplied to the customer once the order has been placed and Worthy Brand will not be held liable for lost or stolen items.
